ADALINA VON SCHERTZ
an eternity that i saw in a dream remains kept away
polite | respectful | quiet | organized | graceful
emotional | blunt | impatient | begrudging | strict | dreamer
DAEMON: a large male cat, easily reaching Adalina's waist that is white in color. he resembles a small tiger when it comes to markings, almost, and moves in a similar way. the daemon's name is Reinhart and has a notable hotheaded, predatorial nature opposed to Ada's more quiet being. and yet they both have the same air of elegance to them.[/blockquote]
GENDER: female.
AGE: eighteen.
ETHNICITY: German with a touch of French.
HOMETOWN: haling from Germany originally, Ada recently came to London for political purposes.
SEXUAL ORIENTATION: heterosexual.
SOCIAL STATUS: royalty.
PROFESSION: formally a princess in line for the German thrown, but informally, (as in rarely does she preform) a vocalist and dancer.
EYES: a deep, amber-gold.
HAIR: white blond grown out to an almost absurd length.
SKIN: not overly pale, but not overly tan, either. a warm peach that has a slight sun-kiss to it.
HEIGHT: five feet, four inches.
WEIGHT: one hundred fifteen pounds.
EXTRAS: her family line has been the family of Royals in Germany for generations. her work with with learning more of the world has brought her to England and she finds, much to her dismay, how different it is. however she is making the most of it when she can, but often retreats from London to envelope herself in a more natural setting; forests and the like. she and Reinhart enjoy their fields of flowers and slipping in and out of trees with ease. it is here when her more "fairytale" sort of persona emerges - Ada, seeming more in her element, can seem like a maiden of the wood. back in the civilized world, though, she is more formal and focused on the work she needs to do.
some things she enjoys or holds dear include her style of dress, (she loves the flowing princessy dresses with lace and flowers, the whole nine yards) Reinhart who acts as a protector to her fragile self, and gardens or fields of flowers. Ada just so happens to be a hobby-gardener because of her love of plant life. on the flip side she absolutely loathes chaos, crowded streets, thunder and lightning storms, and being alone. the first two are self exclamatory but the latter two are important to note: when Adalina was a little girl she was trapped outside during a lightning storm by herself. due to her parent's absence from their family's country-side, vacation manor and their servants incompetence, she remained alone until the storm was over and she was found. ever since she has had a fear of both and will easily break down into tears if both occur at the same time.
