Simply call her Florance, or just Rosen. She just hates being called "Rosy" or anything of that sort. This child is quite boyish, it doesn't help that she's often mistaken as one.
Anyways, just what am I looking for?
A first one would be a Master/Mistress.
Oh yes, she needs one of these, being a servant and all. Besides, who want a life-sized chinese doll to push around?
Feel free to suggest any other relationships as well.
Maybe even someone to show her that there is more to life than being a servant?
